The article actualizes the problem of purposeful provision competence approach in process professional and pedagogical training future masters psychology. The scientists' views on were systematized. It was characterized as a multidimensional phenomenon reality, functioning context paradigm defined set theoretical knowledge, practical skills, attitudes, experience, personal qualities teacher, that gives opportunity to acquire new analyze activities participants educational process, make decisions. The development psychology is multifactorial involves realization potential all components program. Considering this fact, authors described psychological aspects during implementation component «Psychology pedagogy higher education».
